Installations

We manufacture process installations from stainless steels 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4435, 1.4539, 1.4841, 1.4878, carbon steels and others, in accordance with the required chemical resistance of the medium or environment. The most common mediums are air, water, demi water, decarbonized water, acids, alkalis, CIP and food and pharmaceutical products. Process installations are welded using TIG 142 process with an inert atmosphere inside pipes, or with an automated orbital welding machine, where required. We meet the requirements for insternal pipes or equipment surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 µm.
