Boiler failures are common in industry, and may be caused by the age of the equipment, water preparation, operating conditions, material fatigue or other causes. If a leak is detected during inspection, we carry out the necessary non-destructive testing to determine the extent of damage and most suitable repair process according to technological procedure. We check inside boilers, weld or replace damaged parts, perform a pressure test in the presence of a notified body and prepare the required documentation. In addition to repairs of steam, hot-water, warm-water, rapid-evaporation and water-tube boilers, we also carry out modifications that can increase boiler thermal power and medium parameters without the need to replace the entire boiler.
